Strength, creativity, and innovation result from having a community with a wide diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and cultures. Creating such a community that welcomes, respects, and values the contributions of all its members is critical for everyone to be included.  The Actuarial Club at the University of Wisconsin-Madison strives to ensure every member feels safe, supported, and included regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious beliefs, political affiliation, socioeconomic status, or anything else that distinguishes one individual from another. We will accomplish this via conducting club events that promote tenets of diversity, working via committees to encourage equitable treatment of club members, and fostering an inclusive culture that engages everyone in the club.
